Information you send us

When you submit music or contact WAVIQ Radio, we receive the information and files you choose to provide. We use them to review your enquiry, consider music for airplay or editorial coverage, and communicate with you.

Jess AI support and enquiries

Jess is an AI support agent for WAVIQ Radio, Celebrity Style Marketing and the Caribbean Celebrity Show. Chat messages and recent conversation context pass through our website hosting and Cloudflare connection to WAVIQ’s own server, where Ollama generates replies. Chat conversations are not saved by the Jess chat service. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. The chat is not a confirmed booking service.

When you submit Jess’s enquiry form, we store your name, contact details, enquiry and any preferred interview timing securely on our hosting platform. These details are shared with the selected team to respond to your request, and an enquiry notification is sent to WAVIQ using our email provider, Resend. Chat messages are not included in the saved enquiry unless you put them in the form. Submitting does not sign you up for marketing emails.

We use short-lived hashed network identifiers and request counts to limit automated abuse. Contact waviqradio@gmail.com to request access to, correction or deletion of your enquiry details.

Listening and website data

Our radio stream and hosting providers may process basic technical information such as device type, browser information and approximate location to deliver and protect the service. WAVIQ does not sell your personal information.
